A Tip? do your job. that is my tip for this company. by far the worst, most rude people I have ever had to deal with. I was HIT my their client and they IGNORE my phone calls and will NOT return my emails. I have had to have MY insurance company to get them on the phone and even then all I heard was sorry sorry sorry but still they did not want to pay for my damage. They have accepted liability yet still want to drag out payment. I have filed a complaint with the BBB on this matter as well stating your employee Isabel Sardi as the agent in question who sucks at life!

Worst Company I Have Ever Been Forced to Deal WIth. Please do everything you can to avoid getting hit by anyone with this insurance company. They are completely incompetent, unfair, extremely slow, sloppy, and unprofessional. It took almost a month for them to accept liability even though I had two witnesses to the accident. I essentially had to do the claim representative's job and call the witnesses myself and put them in touch with them. They will do everything they can not to pay you. They even sent correspondence to me at an incorrect (or bogus) address. Meanwhile my car was sold at auction by the towing company and there is still a large balance due to them. Then they sent me a settlement that states I have to retain my totaled car which was already sold at auction by the towing company! If you are ever unfortunate enough to have to deal with these people on a claim, don't wait. Retain an attorney immediately. It has been well over a month, and I have yet to see a dime from them.

Unprofessional ripoff rude uncompassionate F-. A client of this company is responsible for the death of my daughter & grandson and the totalling of my son-n-laws truck. They will not admit fault even though thier client has been charged with 2 counts of reckless homicide. It has been almost a month and my son-n-law still has no rental car. Not only that a Ms Brooks from thier company called and was loud, rude & unproffessional to me a greiving mother/grandmother.

This company only wants your money and will not help you. they are immorral and greedy.

2 weeks after my initial reveiw of this immoral company, they have sent a letter to us addressed "Dear 28 week old fetus......" and listed our deceased baby's name. Can you imagine what that does to greiving parents/grandparents? The only reason to do this was to inflict pain!

It has now been 6 weeks and they still have not paid out 1 dime

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
