NY Pizza Exchange.. a joke.. ordered a slice of pizza.

crust was burnt.

probably one of the worst i'd ever had.

the cannolis were definitely THE worst.

Best pizza in Atlanta.....Bar none.. If theres one thing I know...it's pizza. Ive had Geno's in Chicago and Jimmy's in NY...and this is right up there. The sauce is the robust and their crust is light and crispy. Not in the mood for pizza? No worries here. Their pastas are authentic and the heroes are on par with Quizno's! Even their small pizza is huge! Ive probably dined there 20 times over the past 3 years. Ive tried em all and I wont even consider another pizza place. Great place to meet your friends or bring your family. Their service was friendly and prompt and they were awesome interacting with my kids. 5 stars. Ive already got my buddies hooked on it! If youve never been there (or havent been in awhile) I highly recommend stopping by...

decent pizza, but slow service. as the previous reviewer mentioned, it's a nice place to bring kids (there are a lot of families there...) Service was a bit slow, but pleasant. Initially, we sent back the pizza it looked a bit undercooked/soggy. It came back (a long while later), looking golden and crisp, albeit a bit greasy. All in all, it's a nice, family-friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and the pizza - while not great - is decent.

Great Pizza, Great Location. We recently discovered this place and it has become our favorite pizza restaurant. The kids love it because it sits right next to the train tracks and they can wave to the train engineer. The pizza is very good, especially the white pizza. The staff is very friendly and there is a nice, casual atmosphere. There is a very nice patio outside and there are televisions everywhere. The manager came over to say hi and I mentioned to him that we lived in Buckhead and it was too bad they didn't have a location there. He said the owner was interested in expanding to that area. I asked him if they delivered outside of the Vinings area and he stated they deliver pretty much anywhere in the Atlanta area.

NEW OWNER RUINING A LONG STANDING REPUTATION. This restaurant is not the same since the Cohen's sold in January. Prices have drastically increased, quality has decreased and customer service is almost non-existant. I have been a loyal customer (both personally and professionally) for over 10 years and NEVER had an issue until this year. I've found another source. I'm done!

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORST. IF YOU WANT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!! I am from out of town and ordered to my hotel room because i myself love NY pizza and from reading the other reviews, this place is a mistake to patron. After giving the room number AND my last name the pizza came but I never got it. For some reason or another they did not deliver promptly and after calling back after an hour, they refused to give any kind of compensation for the mistake on their part. I myself am in the customer service business and never have heard of such a thing. If you are hungry and are in the Atlanta area, call St. Angelo's or Da Vinci's! They know how to make a pizza and treat their customers right.

Not good at all. I work in one of the buildings across the street and we decided to have a company lunch at their establishment. I agree with the last review. That IS NOT a NY style pizza. It tastes very cheap and the bill was out of this world. With the 6 of us drinks and pizza the average cost was about $11. I am not going back.

No where near "New York" style!. The first thing my wife and I notice is the owner berating our server in front of the entire restaurant. He humiliated her almost to the point of tears. We had already ordered or we would have left. Our server said it was commonplace and pointed out the semi-permanent help wanted sign. When the pizza arrived it was soggy. I'm from Brooklyn and I take offense that they would call this "New York" style pizza. The only thing it comes close to being "New York" style is the price. Thumbs way down! If you want a good pie go to Fellini's

Great pizza. I've eaten here a few times and have always had great service and food. A milion times better than St. Angelos. If you want real pizza come here. It's a little more pricer, but well worth it. You can order the crust any way you want it. Overall I am impressed and this is one of the few places in Atlanta that can get pizza right.

Great Pizza. The pizza is great . The crust is really thin so even if you are watching carbs you can enjoy a slice.
