Don't go here. Used to go here frequently (Prob 30 ish times in the past 2 years). Had great service in the past. Now, however, there service is subpar at best. The last three times I have been, something has gone wrong. I kept going back because in the past I had such great service. However, now I am officially done. 1rst bad experience - Took jeans to be hemmed they made them too short...I told them before I left that they were too short and they said must have been my mistake. It was not I am very particular about my pant length and I had it at a length I would like when I left. They charged me one time and then charged me again to fix the hem I didn't like even though I told them before I left the store when I picked them up I wasnt satisfited. 2nd bad experience - I dropped off jeans one saturday they said they would be ready at 11am the next saturday...they were not ready or even started when I showed up at 1pm...3rd bad experience - I dropped off a dress on tuesday night to be taken in, asked if it could be ready by 11am on saturday, they said yes...when i got there at 11, they hadn't even started and when i was upset they acted like i was being unreasonable. i asked how soon could they get it done they said 1pm (although I had a party I was supposed to be at at 2 I was going to wear it too). and acted like they were doing me a great favor when tuesday night the yhad promised me it would be ready by 11am...then when i got there at 1pm to finally pick it up they charged me extra for a "rush" order. how is tuesday - saturday rush when you originally told me it could be ready easily by saturday at 11 am?

don't EVER go there if you value being treated respectfully and getting your clothes back in a reasonable time. worst service ever. when they make a mistake they don't even apologize.

Best Alterations in town!!. I'm new to Atlanta. Vinings Alterations was amazing! I needed a pair of Seven jeans hemmed, they did it while I waited. It only took 15 minutes with the original hem. They were very pleasent and my jeans came out perfect. I will never go anywhere else! Awesome Experience!
