Best Groomers in this city. Have been a customer for 13 years and LOVE Petagree. Dogs look great and are happy when picked up. Love the free day care on groom day.

best grooming in smyrna ga. my dog has been going there for over 2 years and he always looks great !!!!!!!! He runs free with other dogs and they are always friendly to him. They also brush his teeth !!!!!

Horrible customer service. Horrible customer service. I was looking for a new dog grooming place for my Miniature Schnauzer and I called to ask them about their services. Even on the phone, the person was rude and not helpful. I can only imagine the type of customer service they give actual consumers or even their pets at the place. I know where I will NOT be taking my dog...

BEWARE !!. Pet Agree accidentally cut my dog while grooming him and neglected to tell me when I picked him up. When I noticed him bleeding and called them the groomer said she was sorry and that she had put something on the cut and the bleeding had stopped. They assured me that they would be responsible for any vet bills. When the cut wasn't healing I called them and was told to bring them the bill. The cut was infected and the bill was $166. I brought them the bill and was told that they would not pay because they did not cut my dog. The groomer said she was mixed up and that she had cut another dog the day my dog was groomed and that dog was the same breed as my dog. The owner was very uncaring and said it was my fault that the cut became infected. This was my first and last experience with Pet Agree. If you love your pet please think twice before leaving them with these people.

Don't take your dog here!. This place has the worse customer service ever. I called to ask if I could bring my dog, they said that they took walk ins and when I bring my dog they said that they thought I was coming right that instance. The lady sitting at the counter was eating her food while yelling back at the groomer to see if she could service my dog, she was talking about me as if I was standing in front of her basically stating that I should have came immediately after I hung up the phone. After standing there for about 5 mins waiting for a decision and feeling as if they didnt want my dog there I told them to not worry about it. The lady at the counter replies and says good we dont want you or your dog here anyways! I would take my dog back there even if it was free. Take your money elsewhere for its obviously not wanted there.

Great Place For ALL Dogs!!. My dog has been going there for 3 years. He has become part of their familiy and vice versa. My dog is extremely unsocialized so he barks at everything and everyone EXCEPT for the Pet Agree staff. Their skill level is superb and I highly recommend them to all of my pet owner friends.

Great Place to get your pooch pampered. My pet is well taken care of when I leave him in Barbara's hands. She is a wealth of knowledge with regards to feeding, and general care.

She has a no-nonsense approach, which might be what or others are reading as unfriendly. I value her depth of canine experience and she really cares for my best friend.

Highly recommend!

Great Place , but address has Changed. WE managed to keep our same telephone number - -(770)436-0503, but moved about 1/4 mile away to 2770 Cobb Pkwy. SE, Smyrna, GA 30080.

With new professional Groomers, and new beautiful shop,

We're located in the same building as Blue Sushi, and across the parking lot from Doc"s and Walgreens', and right up from Starbuck's. Lots of parking.

Green area in the back to walk dogs, and usual social fraternization for vaccainated, flee- free dogs,with minimal caging. Dogs can play or nap in beds, chairs, at Barb's feet or even behind Barb in her chair,or in her lap. It's a relaxing atmosphere for the dogs, who never leave without their cookie.

Go somewhere else!!. I have never encountered such poor customer service! While my dogs look alright when I pick them up, the owner is so rude and inconsiderate that I vow to never take my dogs back there again. She clearly does not appreciate the business or her customers. I only hope that she doesn't treat the dogs the same way that she treats customers. She asks (almost demands) for a tip when you pay and eventhough she closes at 6pm, she will tell you to pick up your dogs earlier so she can leave early. I actually dread calling and scheduling an appointment and will never do it again. I thought the first time I used her she might have been having a bad day, but it turns out she is always having a bad day. Save your money and go elsewhere where hopefully you and your animal will be treated with respect.

Customer service is great if you exclude the owner.... I love that my dog can play with the others while he waits his turn and I have been pleased with his grooming; however, the owner's demeanor really bothers me. She's generally short/abrupt and often rude. She doesn't appear to have a lot of patience which worries me a little about how she treats my dog when I'm not around. Maybe it's just people that she doesn't like... Her staff is MUCH better at treating the human customers with respect and courtesy.
