Completly trust the staff. We've been taking our 4 year old Peek-a-Poo to VIP Pets for the past 2 years for boarding and grooming. Every time we walk through the door, the staff greets our dog by name and knows him well. They truly like and care about him--I completely trust the staff. The facility is small, but I think the service and care make up for it!

Looking beautiful. We have been taking our dogs to the Vinings location for the past 10 years and they have been nothing but friendly, helpful and kind to us and our dogs. They are golden retrievers and have a lot of hair but always come home looking beautiful. We have never boarded our dogs anywhere but when I have driven past the store at night the lights are on and someone is almost always there checking on the dogs.

Recomended to all. We have been a customer since 1995. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. My dogs look and smell clean everytime. They take the extra time to file their nails sfter they are trimmed. Reasonable rates

Friendly and experianced. Recently I had the pleasure of using this service for my pets. The staff was friendly, experienced, and the quality of their work was exceptional. My pets came home looking and feeling great. I will definitely use them again.

Perfectly groomed. My dog is always very tentative at going to these type of places. He doesn't really like to be around other dogs.(He likes to rule the roost) He was shaking as we walked in. The minute that they greeted him, his tail started wagging and once I put him down he following them to the back as if he had been going there for years. Too many places try and cut him too short ( he is a shih tzu), but they listened and offered to call if they felt there was a reason to cut him anymore than recommended. When I picked him up, he was fast asleep in the cage. Typically, he is up and barking as he gets un-nerved, but not this time. He was calm and at ease and perfectly groomed. He will definitely be going back here

clean and friendly. They were so much friendlier than the last place we went. It was very clean, and reasonably priced. They were even willing to keep our dog after his grooming was complete since we weren't able to pick him up right away (at no extra charge). He typically doesn't like the groomers, but he really seemed like a happy guy when we picked him up.
