Poor service.. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine's day. The flowers did not arrive until 5:30, after she had already left work. I called the next day to ask for a refund or another reasonable accommodation. The staff member told me she was "disappointed in my complaint" and that I had received "excellent" service. (She also mentioned that some flowers were delivered at late as 8pm!) She said that the only way I could get a refund is if they could retrieve the flowers from my girlfriend. I don't doubt that the company technically lived up to its legal obligations. But I am confident there are florists who value their customers' good will better than this one. And florists who can be relied upon to deliver at a reasonable hour. Go elsewhere.

Fabulous Work. We recently ordered an arrangement of a large number of long-stem red roses for a family funeral. David's produced the most beautiful arrangement or high quality roses that we've ever seen. It was breathtaking. Added was Baby's Breath and a variety of green filler in a large vase. Top quality all the way. It was delivered on-time and was noticed by all attendees. Price was also less than the florist used by the funeral home. They were professional and very helpful. I would highly encourage anyone to use this florist. Top notch!
