Really?!. I'm really thorn with this restaurant; I would like to give them all five stars, but find myself unable to. Sad really. The food is superb, I really have not had a bad experience with them on that respect. Truly yummy and have always met my expectations.

However, I've been a customer of theirs for about three to four years now... sometimes catering for birthday parties etc. And I would have expected a better treatment from them by now. Very disappointing to say... as time progressed their customer service has degraded.

Example: My family and I went to have a nice dinner IN the restaurant and in turn were told that they were too busy cooking to properly assist us, that it would be better to have the food to go. This has happened twice already and today at lunch time when I call for delivery, I was told their delivery man was already gone and that it would be better for me to go pick it up. Now, I would be fine with that, but right after I cancel the order, the man calls me back to say his ''driver'' has suddenly return and I quote, ''My driver is back.. hurry with your order.''

Make no mistake, this is my last transaction with them. I would have guess that by now.. being a loyal customer to them would have made a difference and probably even improve our experience with them. But it is not the case. So forget it. ~ If you would like to try them, go ahead. As I said, the food has never disappointed me, but I would suggest to keep yourself as distant from them as you can. You might receive a better treatment that way. Good day!

BAD Service !!!. When the Guy came to deliver my phone , i didnt have enough money to give him a tip and he got up set curse me out and told me that next time i wanted food from them i need to come get it myself.! Terrible Service.....!!!

Great if you enjoy eating insects. I recently moved to Dunwoody and ordered Chinese from here a few times, as its right down the street. The food was always decent for low-quality chinese, though a bit on the greasy side even by those standards. However, as of now, I will never order from this place again. Last night my girlfriend's Lo Mein came with an extra special ingredient, an ingredient in the form of of bigass nasty fried-up critter. I'm not talking about a little fly or gnat, this was a huge nasty-looking thing, at least an inch in size. She threw-up and we both felt nauseas for the rest of the night, BLEH.
