when my bunny angelica rose was sick with penumonia. dr mike took her home with him and kept her under constant care. he did everything that could be done for my baby girl. it was just too much for her. they are available till 7pm everyday. dr mike is very thourough and very good. the staff is excellent. i use only the best for my rabbits..

Wonderful Vets, Wonderful Care. I take two of my cats to this vet and I absolutely love the Akins practice. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, and Dr. Akins spent a great deal of time with my husband and I and our kitties. He explained a great deal about my breed of cat and different health problems that they can have. I enjoy our visits very much and LOVE this practice!

After 16 years I will never go back. I will never forgive nor will I forget what this place did to my dog. If your pet is on IV, they leave the pet by themselves overnight. It is not safe. They kept my dog for 2 weeks. Her condition was pancratitis. They would not allow me to see her. I made several attempts to find out how she was during that time. I had to call for updates. After treatment the condition my dog was returned to me was awful. She died a week later after leaving All Creatures. They also lie to you about your charges. Before treatment you are required to sign a contract. After my dog's treatment I spent over $1500 more than what the contract stated. No phone call, no warning. Stay away.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and want to charge for extra things that may not be needed. Every service they provide is much more expensive than other vets in the area. They also charge for things that almost nobody out there does. The same generic medicine for my dog was costing me $40+ for a month supply. At my new vet, I pay $40+ for a 2 1/2 month supply. They wanted me to pay for a bunch of services (about $500) otherwise they would not refill my ill dog's medicine. I switched immediately to another vet (with awesome reviews) and they refilled the same medicine without having to do all those things and the visit and services only cost me $110. A friend of mine just switched as well since they wanted to charge $70 every time she took her dog to them (this is for her dog not being friendly), they said it was risky for them ????? Are you kidding me?
