“What a joke, food was bad, service awful and sad to say, turning into a place I would not take a family.”
“The service and atmosphere are superb, but the best thing about this restaurant is the Kung Pao Chicken and the Dan Dan noodles.”

“yuck and terrible service”
“thought the prices were pretty reasonable, prices for vegetable dishes are actually lower than you would find in a true Chinese restaurant, though the entrees are a about a couple of dollars higher.”
my girlfriend and i went there on a date last night and i had one of the worst servers ive ever come in contact with. her name was jake and she was a nice kid but just wasnt a good server. food was ok nothing that popped out at me. just letting people know they might want another server when there.

Delightful dinner. Had a delightful dinner at this location. Service was prompt and courteous, and the food was perfect. My friend and I shared the lettuce wraps and the wok-seared lamb chops. Very good.
This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites..
In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.
Food not so good. We just ordered out from PF Changs with Mongolian Beef, cashew chicken soup etc. When we pulled the food out of the bag we both commented on how small the portions were. The food tasted very processed with poor flavor. Large chunks of uncooked garlic were in the beef dish. After a few bites we actually threw away our dinner, and called in Canton Cooks. Ah what a difference. There are so many good chinese restaurants in the dunwoody/sandy spring area. I would not recommend PF Changs
Attitude of host staff made whole dinner distasteful and tacky!.
What an awful experience had, after years of top-notch service and food. We had reservations at 730PM, got there at 725PM and were told (by this fruit cake host with a tattoo on his neck), "What, five more minutes..." We said, "Great" and happily took a seat. After ignoring us for 15m and seating all his "friends" we got up and asked again, "Can we be seated?" He said, "Five more...five more!" So- after seating 5 of his homies we went up and asked what was going on. He barked back at us and yelled out to "seat these people now!!!" I was steaming when I sat down and asked to speak with management...guy came over to us and gave us the song-and-dance crap...Turns out, he wasn't even the manager, just the host's friend. What a joke, food was bad, service awful and sad to say, turning into a place I would not take a family. It was not clean and the bathroom had wood/mold damage from standing water in the stalls. Gross....not worth the drive up there...absolutely preferential treatment. DO NOT TAKE CORPORATE GUESTS THERE!
Don't let your kids go to bathroom, wow. don't call ahead and make reservations, it makes no difference.
Flavorless Food! Divine Desserts. What a beautifully designed restaurant, my guest and I decided to sit outdoors and enjoy the fresh air?well, it began to rain so we had to go inside the restaurant. I ordered something simple cashew chicken, it was flavorless, bland, uneventful. Of course, this gave me a good reason to try the dessert---Banana Spring Roll (You heard me?) The Banana Spring Rolls dessert features six warm bites of banana wrapped in crisp spring rolls, placed around coconut-pineapple ice cream, and drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauces.
Regular mall chinese food. PF Changs has dropped in ratings in its food and service. It has turned into one of those mall chains that are great once in a year. The food is too sweet and dunked in sauce so that you cannot taste anything else but the sauce. The service is good and the ambience is average.
The worst imitation of chinese restaurant ever!!!.
A insult to all chinese speaking people and restaurants..all the servers are not even chinese(or asian)..They are all americans..even africans..and i bet the cooks aren't even chinese(or asians) either.. how can u serve any decent chinese food without Any asian or chinese speaking servers with any knowlege of chinese cusine, culture and history..
and of course they can't even pronounce the items on the menu the right way..and they call themselves a chinese restaurant?? it is truly INSULTING!!!!!!!!!!
Overpriced asian food.. If you want good authentic asian food, don't go here. It's americanized overprized asian food. If you're paying too much for asian food, then it's probably not that good. Try somewhere on Buford highway or ask your asian friend for a recommendation.
