Very Rude

My truck was not able to crank the other night outside of Perimter Wal-Mart. I called a mechnic who was very honest and told me it was a tumbler issue, and before I wasted money purchasing a new ignition cylinder, I needed to call a locksmith and have them repair or replace the tumblers. I looked up some Atlanta Locksmiths and found a Locksmith that came HIGHLY recommended by several customers. I dialed his number, 404-239-9999, and he personally answered. I cheerfully introduced myself and proceeded to inform him of my problem. Before I could complete my explanation of my problem, he quickly barked, "I don't do cars"! I quickly apologized to him, stating that his information on the web didn't state whether or not he was residential or vehicular, but he interrupted, very condescendingly, that he was trying to "explain" to me the difference between the two. I told him I was aware of that, but was only trying to ask him if he could recommend one, but he continued to be rude and treat me as though I was some fool who was wasting his precious time. So if you dial this guy up, you better be aware that he only does homes, not cars, or you better be ready to be yelled at by a rude individual. His work may be good, but his people skills are a -0.

Great Locksmith!

My wife and I were very impressed with our locksmith! He said he had been in the business for 35 years and we believe him! He was neatly dressed, super polite, and a bundle of information. He was able to resolve our issues quickly and pointed out some other issues that we had over looked. Over all we had a very pleasant experience and are convinced that we have found our locksmith for life!

My Husband and I just recently bought a new home in Alpharetta and was very concern about our security. We were concerned because at closing they only had one key that worked only one door and they said that over the years they had give out the rest to builders and workers and such. This concerned us greatly, because we didn’t want anyone having a key to our home that we did not know! So, we called the locksmith and they explained to us that we did not have to replace the locks we only had to rekey them to a new key. They were able to send a uniformed locksmith out that day and he was able to change all the locks to “one new key” and was able to remove the old keys! We were very happy and impressed! This company is a very professional and knowledgeable company and I will recommend them to all my friend and family!
