Mix up dogs. I really like the groomer at Pet Set - Daryl does a great job with my spaniel/retriever mix dog Mugz. Took my 2 dogs there 2 weeks ago and my father picked them up soon after they were finished. He could not figure out why one of the dogs was acting strange and decided it was because he was traumatized. Got home and the 2 dogs played in the yard (which is not common). My husband came out and realized one of the dogs was not ours, in fact it was a female and was smaller than Ziggy. They took the wrong dog back for exchange with Ziggy and they did not seem surprised or apoligetic, which is what really concerned me. Sent an email to the management, no reply. Guess this happens quite often or they really dont care, not sure which is is but i am not sure i will be taking my dogs back, even though i really like Daryl and he was not involved with this.

It's okay. I've been bringing my dog here for grooming and boarding for 2 years. While they've always done a great job on the grooming and I like the boarding, I've decided that I'm going to go find a new groomer and boarder. The reason is because they never seem to remember me or my husband. We just feel that the employees here should at least at least fake to have some sort of familiarity with us when they're keeping our family member there all day. i'm going to search for a groomer with a more neighborly and friendly service and one who doesn't always seem confused when we tell them our names or our pet's name.

This is the best place I have found. My visit on 3/17/11 was the first time I have used the services on Briarcliff Road. I had been in the store but never used the grooming services.

I am from South Ga. and had to take my Mom to Emory so I used the opportunity to have my Shih-Poo groomed while we were at the clinic. They did an outstanding job and she seemed so happy.

I only wish they had a location in Tifton, Ga.

ATLANTAS BEST GROOMING SHOP. Love this place it is really the best place in Atlanta. The staff is trained and knowledgable. They really go out of their way. Great prices, good selection of products. My fav pet place for sure

GROOMING IS SO GREAT. I bring all three of my pet poodles to groom with Kelly. She does the best job ever!!!! I love the personal customer service from the cute guys at the front counter. The selection of all natural foods and I love the home baked treats!!!!

LOVE THE DOGGIE DAY CARE. My pet loves the small play groups and they really play all day. Only time out for a nap and lunch. Always a human with them to keep everyone happy. Its like private school for pets. Watch them on line on doggie cam is so cool.

My favorite place to take my pets. I love this store and how they treat me and my pets. They know us by name when we walk in. Very professional and the grooming is by far one of the services I enjoy. I have never had any problems. They always make the time to visit with me and listen. Very clean facility.

The selection of accessories is out of this world.

The best in the city by far. The pet set has the best grooming in atlanta as well as the best day care. It is the all around best!!
