Great pub!!!. Wonderful place for sports and trivia. Jamie's eyes penetrate my soul! Great service and plenty of TV's for all games. I wish I had two more arms so I could give the bar four thumbs up!

Great hangout in Atlanta. Famous is a great place to hangout for young adults and the young at heart. The service and atmosphere is great. The bartenders and servers are really fast and friendly. The cocktail waitress are really hot. Perks--food and drinks are inexpensive, beer specials, big screen tvs, pool tables, dart board, dance floor, you name it. It's more of a place that you can chill out after work. Overall, it's my favorite place to hang out.

Decent Place to Watch The Game and Have A Brewski. If you like sports, you'll love Famous. With several mega screens and countless other televisions, the game you are looking for will most definitely be on. The beer is cold and the wings are hot, they've got darts, pool, Golden Tee, and tons of other parlor games to keep you entertained during commercials. The barmaidens will keep the pitchers flowing your direction with their fast and efficient service. Althought it's as dark as a cave in Famous, you won't care after a couple drafts. Great sports, cheap frostys and solid food make this place the best.

I would have to say that it is my favorite bar in the entire world.

Great Sports Bar. This place is huge! Six big screens and at least 50 additional televisions. Every game televised is on here. Pools tables, darts, video games, Poker, Trivia, DJ, etc. This place has it all.

sports bar?. Dismissed out of hand the possibility of showing Gold Cup matches, despite saying they have the Univision channels... Wonderful sports lineup. <end sarcasm>

The true sports fan's paradise: dim lighting, big-screen TVs and NFL Sunday Ticket.. The Scene
Tinted glass doors scare off pseudo-sports fans who flock to ESPN Zone and Three Dollar Cafe. This Emory bar shows every pro football game, making it a big draw on fall Sundays (especially with Jets fans). Plenty of big screens--scattered across two cavernous rooms--ensure good seating, and the staff goes out of its way to accommodate game requests. The waitstaff is understanding if you want to nurse your lunch for three hours.

The Draw
On a sparkling 70-degree Sunday in October, when most of Atlanta is enjoying the outdoors, look for the kind of sports fan whose mind is not on the great glowing ball in the sky, but a different kind of ball: the funny-shaped one covered in pigskin.
