Painfully Average. I'm from Dallas, TX. We know Tex-mex. This is painfully average. The chips and queso were fine, but my combination plate with a taco and enchilada were average at best. If you know good Tex-mex (American Mexican food), don't come here.

Oh yeah!. Delicious! Never had any better Mexican food. The service is great and the food is always hot.

Worth the hype?. There's better, equally cheap Mexican to be had elsewhere. While the food's OK, it's nothing special. My tamale came hot, but missing its corn husk. Plus, it was difficult to taste the tamale for all the extra ground beef sprinkled on top. The queso dip is thin, but the margaritas make up for it all with quite a kick. It is kind of fun to stare at the fish on the walls, though.
