Great Idea, Great Selection, But Very SLOW Service and Bad Delivery Drivers for such a high price.
I use take out taxi every now and then when I want some good food without leaving my house in ATL, my recent experience with them was pretty bad. In fact, almost every experience with them ,except one, was horrible, I just use them becasue it is somewhat of a monopoly.
Anyway, i ordered a small order, 3 things at my food did not arrive for 3 hours, and this has become a trend (i've been giving them a chance), the last order took 2 hours, and the one before that took around 1:45 . Anyways, the worst part of this company is that the delivery drivers are not cream of the crop, most are somewhat gwetto, some are nice and then some "stare you down" for a tip.
Anyway, this company needs some better management/expediters and better delivery drivers. Trust me, this is not an isolated incident.
