A great job. I just had my car detailed there before trading it in. The Mercedes dealer wanted to know who detailed it because they had done such an excellent job. I almost didn't want to get the new car b/c mine looked so brand new! Highly recommend.

Faster does not equal better.... This car wash used to be the best around. Unfortunately, by trying to speed up the process, results are suffering. For example, they used to apply silicone to the tires with a sponge soaked in silicone. Now they use a sprayer which sprays the silicone onto the tires. When the wind picks up, this silicone goes all over the paint of the cars in the drying area - not good.

When I got home from the wash I noticed hundreds of little fibers on my windows, interior, and exterior from their towels. I don't know if they are skimping on their towels now or what, but this never used to happen.

The sad part is, that even though I have given a fairly poor rating to this company, I will probably have to visit this facility again due to the lack of similar facilities in the area.

Their automated washing machine is great - it's the actions in the drying area that need improvement.

Oh There's My Cup!?!?!. You know how that one thing rolls under your seat and you forget about it. Well at Sandy Springs Car Wash they bring back to you. This place is extremely thorough with affordable prices. They recovered items in my car that I had forgotten were lost and removed gunk from my dash and console that I never wanted to touch. Every spot you have...they clean. Try any package and you will be more that satisfied. I moved south of Sandy Springs and I drive 25 minutes just to get my car cleaned here. My motto....if you're gonna pay...have it done the RIGHT WAY!!!

Won't Take You to the Cleaners. Really, when you get right down to it, is there that much of a difference between the "Deluxe" package and the "So-So Scrubbing" package? As long as your car rolls off of the track looking sparkling clean both inside and out, and you don't have to vaccuum all those cigarette butts and fossilized french fries out of your carpet, isn't that all that matters? On that score, Sandy Springs Car Wash delivers, and if there's a bit of a wait at peak times (i.e., Saturday afternoons), well, that's just a testament to the quality of the end result. Says what it does, does what it says.
