Great shop and great people. Polite and do not pressure you to choose and spend. quite honest and base on your spending pocket, they actually recommend looking over some options that are beneficial to you.

I was recommended by my co-worker for my engagement ring. I checked the designs and prices all over atlanta. bought the best one that i could afford, and they were gracious enough to replace it with a cutom design that my fiance chose after my proposal and before the wedding.

Very RUDE behavior with Customer. He is not interested in your Business, JUST YOUR MONEY. BAD PEOPLE. My sister had recommended them for some jewelry appraisals that I needed to get done. She had done some a week ago with them. So I asked her to call them and ask when I could go to get mine done. They said they were free at the time, and I could go right then, which I did. When I reached there, he made excuses that my jewelry needed cleaning and he was busy with other work at the time, so he asked me to leave it there and come back 6 hours later. I denied, and he said then I would have to take an appointment and come back. He gave me a time for the next day at 10:30am. In the jewelry business, you are never to leave your jewelry alone with some. Especially not everything at once. The next day, I reached there, this time they were busy with a few customers and I had to wait for a while, which was not a problem. Then the lady at the front desk asked me to give me all 5 pieces I had for appraisal at once. For which I denied as I did not know where she was taking them. The owner, KAMBIZ, came from the back, took one of ht e pieces from her hand and threw it in my box, and said "WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR BUSINESS." Before I had the opportunity to respond, he told me to leave and not to have any business with him. In the jewelry business, you are never to leave your jewelry alone with some.

Amazing Customer Service. Every time I spot by to view their wonderful collection I'm always greeted and helped immediately! They take the time to answer my questions and give great advice for my jewelry needs. I wouldn't take my jewelry anywhere else! I brought a necklace in that needed a new chain and they fixed my old chain! It looked brand new! I was amazed by such detail work they can do! Also, the BEST thing is the PRICE! They are honest and upfront with everything! I love going there!

Fabulous Custom Work and Terrific Attitude. These guys are the best. I had a custom-made ring that was made poorly by another Atlanta jeweler. I took it Farsi to have it re-made, and they succeeded completely where the other jeweler had failed. Kam (the owner) used an amazing computer-aided system to design the ring and show me what it would look like before the wax was made. He patiently made adjustments to the design while I watched until it was exactly what I wanted. Jim (the bench jeweler) then executed the design with precision and care. They made me feel comfortable and welcome during the whole process. Plus their prices are extremely fair compared with others in town. I live in Midtown and never thought I'd go outside the perimeter for jewelry work, but that has all changed now. It is completely worth the short (10 minute) drive from intown Atlanta. Farsi is my jeweler for good!

Best jewelery store in Atlanta. I had Farsi jewelers make the ring of my dreams. I created the ring on line and took a picture to them. My ring looked better than I expected! They were EXCELLENT!
