Very knowable & great customer service. We've been lucky in regards to not having to often use our insurance coverages, but it is something I feel comfortable about if we do need to use. We've been insured by Hardegree for many years, and they do "insurance checkups" with us periodically to make sure we're properly covered. They know the business and know how to explain to us in language we understand. Would highly recommend.
