I got married in late 2006 and purchased my gown, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxedos all from Bridals by Lori. I cannot express just what a wonderful experience I had there and what a relief it was to have such a competent staff handling all of the attire for my large wedding party. I was sad when the wedding was over and I would no longer have an excuse to go there...honestly! It is like a fairytale place. Bridals by Lori was the first place that I went gown shopping. I narrowed it down the gown I ultimately chose that first visit and did feel pressure from the staff to purchase it then and there because of the "discount." I went with my intuition and turned down that opportunity in order to shop around. I also shopped at Saks and Impressions. I went home that day and kept thinking about the gown at Bridals by Lori. Saks carried the same gown and soon, I had both Saks and Bridals by Lori competing via phone for the best price on the gown. In the end, I ended up getting a better price for the gown at Bridals by Lori than the "discount" on the first visit would have afforded me. Bridals by Lori will give the "discount" whenever you want if you play your cards right. I went back to Bridals by Lori and chose my bridesmaid dresses and my husband (then fiance) chose the tuxedos. I had 12 bridesmaids. One of these bridesmaids became pregnant after the dresses were ordered and they even had one of their seamstresses totally remake the dress so that it would fit a 7-months pregnant bridesmaid! They never let me worry a bit! The tuxes all fit the 12 groomsmen perfectly and all of the alterations were done wonderfully. Bridals by Lori treated me just like a princess in planning the attire for my wedding. They kept me informed every step of the way through calls and mailings even though I was living nearly 200 miles away. I could not have been more happy with the services they provided. I can't wait for my sister to get married so we can all go back!

Just an FYI for those unfamiliar with other bridal stores in the area. I initially shopped for bridesmaid's dresses. The dresses that I picked out were priced just under $300 - I happened to see them in a bridal store in Roswell for $150. Since then I've checked a few different stores and they are under $200 everywhere else. For my own curiosity I compared a couple of different dresses and found it to be about the same. They had a nice selection and the person who helped me was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, if you find your bridesmaid's dresses there you may want to at least price compare some other local places.
Pros: Great selection
Cons: Overpriced
