I had a great experience. Bride Beautiful was my first bridal dress appointment. I had another one scheduled at a different shop, but cancelled because all of my needs were met at Bride Beautiful. My consultant, Gail, was absolutely wonderful. I brought in a few pictures of what I had in mind and she took it from there. She brought dresses in for me to try on that I wouldn't have even thought of but they looked great! She also seemed to pay really good attention to my facial expressions when trying on dresses and knew when I didn't like a dress before I myself knew! My wedding was only 4 months from my dress appointment and Gail was great about making sure the dresses I was interested in would be available. I'm not sure about the other consultants, but Gail is wonderful!

I will tell you I visited this place twice. I was a bit put off at first because it was so crazy busy inside. But it was also my first appointment ever. Jennifer was a wonderful consultant both times. She wanted to make sure I was provided with exactly what I was looking for. I fell in love with a gown and when I brought my mother back to look at the dress I loved - my mother caused some significant problems. It's not everyday you have the bride crying over her gown... in a bad way. My mother tore apart the gown verbally saying the fabric was awful, the design atrocious, and I looked fat with my arms hanging out. Every time I put the dress on I felt wonderful, pretty, and like a bride. My mother had me crying in the back of the store in front of the mirror wondering why I should even try gowns on. This was our 4th appointment and I just couldn't handle anymore negativity for the day.

Jennifer and the owner were both superb in handling the situation, they tried their hardest to make my mother see that I loved the dress and went through the details with how it would be appropriately fitted to me.

In the end I ended up getting the dress regardless if my mother was paying for it or not because I tried to maintain the feeling from the first time I put the dress on. I am telling you all this and I had won $1000 towards a gown at another store and I STILL went back to this dress. Jennifer was really kind and knew how my mother ruined the day for me, but she still did an amazing job at trying to salvage my feelings. They really really really used every ounce of their credibility!

This store was awesome during my entire year of planning. My slaes consultant was very helpful and everytime I went in she or someone else was willing to help me. The store can be very busy on weekends; I had to wait around 20 minutes before someone was available to help me on my first visit. However, on all of my other visits I was helped almost immediately. In the mean time I looked through catalogs and at bridesmaids dresses. Like others have mentioned, the dresses are displayed on mannequins, so its much easier to shop. I have been to practically all the bridal stores in Atlanta and this store won my business by personable customer service, great selection, and the right price. All of the dresses I considered were priced around $1000, so the prices are great. I also ordered all of my bridesmids dresses here (20% off) and did alterations through the store. I picked my dress up 3 days before my wedding pressed and ready to go. It was so helpful to have a store that did it all so that I did not have to run hectic errands all over Atlanta the few days before my wedding.

Bride Beautiful was BY FAR the best experience i had wedding gown shopping! I went to one bridal store in Statesboro and then i decided to go to Atlanta. It was the first store i went to while in Atlanta and tried on probably 10 gowns...i found the one i LOVED, but i had already told myself if i found the dress, i still needed to go to my other appointments to be safe. My consultant at Bride Beautiful totally understood that i needed to to at least go to my other appointments to be sure. She did not try to push my into buying right then, but gave me her business card and told me when she would be in that weekend.

Hi beautiful. Atlanta, Georgia. We had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding down and all that bridesmaids party stresses. The consultant Gail was outstanding. He knew exactly what I was looking for. I would greatly appreciate all their time and effort they put into it. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much.

-I would suggest making an appointment though, i can see how if you didn't have one it could get busy and frustrating, because there were a lot of people in there on a Friday! Having an appointment made everything so much easier and i felt like Gail's time was solely devoted to me!

I just wanted to thank you for everything you did to help make our day special. It was truly the happiest day of my life and I felt like a princess in my gown. Thank you for your professionalism, patients and expertise in helping us find the wedding dress I had dreamed of since I was a little girl. The staff at Bride Beautiful was AMAZING, and this was an experience I'll always remember.

Cindy made my dress shopping experience so enjoyable. The moment she started helping me I knew I wanted to purchase my dress from Bride Beautiful. She was so kind and helpful even when I wanted to try my dress on three times! It is obvious she loves her job and is so good at it. The amount of service she gave us was so refreshing. I told everyone I know to go to Bride Beautiful and work with Cindy.

I just went to buy my dress last weekend and krystal is great she help with everything and made me feel well beautiful i would tell everyone to go there everyone is helpful and sweet.
