The Complete Music Lesson Experience. Both of my daughters started with the Musical Beginnings classes to play and learn about music, instruments, and basic theory in a fun way. They now take piano and Suzuki violin lessons and have very kind and patient teachers who emphasize good musical technique. Very few places can match the breadth and depth of GAOM's offerings: a wide range of voice and musical instrument instruction, individual and group classes for Suzuki violin, and regular recitals to help make the children comfortable playing in front of others. It is a good place to start or continue you or your children's musical journey.

music lessons for everyone in the family. My three children take from 3 different teachers: Brian Cray-piano, Lara Carr-piano, and Scott Schroen- guitar. They are each talented musicians who make learning fun and are perfectly suited to the different needs of my kids. GAOM is very adept at matching students with the appropriate teacher and is flexible about matching schedules.

Top Notch Music Instruction. Georgia Academy of Music (GAOM) is composed of well trained professional musicians who teach both the beginner and the advanced, serious student. In our family's experience (piano and violin), teachers have been personable and motivate students to do their personal best by paying attention to their learning styles and abilities.

Monthly recitals available, fill up quickly! The directors are professional musicians too.

Highly recommended.
