Never had a bad meal. This place is great! I have never had a bad meal here. The food is predictable and they have a great wine list. It's definitely not "happening" crowd but the food is worth it. A great place to take parents and grandparents. Also good for a nice relaxing dinner.

The Ambience is great, but the restaurant is average. My boyfriend and I experienced this restaurant. The ambience was great, the food was average and the drinks were weak.

Incredibly Overpriced. The service was great. The food was very good. However, the ala carte pricing and the ridiculously overpriced entrees, salads and vegetables make it an unpleasant experience. At those prices, the entree should include three vegetables and the salad and even dessert.

I love this place. We try to go here at least twice a month. We love Nicole and jeff at the bar. The food is fab and the place is sooo clean.

The mountains meet the city in this rustic Buckhead home to winning American cuisine.. The Scene
The North Georgia mountains come to Buckhead at this comfortably sophisticated and startlingly realistic replica of a hunting lodge. Log cabin walls, soaring wooden beams, a large stone fireplace and soft lighting help perpetuate the alpine fantasy. Service--delivered with professional, cheerful aplomb--is anything but countrified. The clientele is an upscale mix of business associates and dignified-looking couples.

The Food
Classic Southern and American dishes get the upscale treatment with largely winning results, albeit at expense-account prices. Try succulently tender filet mignon or New York strip with a side order of luscious bearnaise sauce. Georgia trout, a house specialty, is simple and impressively fresh. Skip Asian-influenced dishes, like the sea bass: They aren't executed with the same finesse. Side dishes are essential: Ethereal squash casserole and fat, juicy collards may just be better than your mama ever made. Gooey, not-too-sweet pecan pie is large enough for sharing at meal's end.

Best kept secret in Atlanta. The best service in town, bar none.

I'm going back again for the wood grilled fish (grilled whole on hickery wood and deboned at the table).

Not to be missed.. With Mussels the size of a cell phone and sushi-grade tuna that melts in your mouth, this place is one of the semi-hidden gems of Atlanta. Yes, it is a little pricey, but well worth the extra expense. And if you get there early, be sure to hit the bar and chat with Nichole - quite possibly one of the best bartenders in Atlanta.

Uneven but potentially good. If one knows a frequent diner of the place, one also knows which items to order or avoid. An out-of-towner, I wasn't so lucky. I don't know if we arrived before the after-church set or what, but there were many available tables that Sunday afternoon. The service was good, once we got past the frosty "hostess" who insisted on getting our names, though we weren't being put on a waiting list. (That felt invasive; furthermore, it was cheesey when said chick called out something like "thanks for coming, Mrs. X" as I passed on the way to the ladies room a short while later. Golly, she remembered my name! And it's been twenty minutes. I'm touched.) The tortilla soup was fab. The corn souffle is a flop. The wood grill smelled awesome. My biggest compliment goes to the servers who made every effort to welcome our 1 year old daughter.
