“Her facility and staff are always warm and friendly, and their new clinic is beautiful.”
“Poorly organized & overpriced but good vets”
Great experience today with Treehouse! Our cat, Tess, an 11 year old inside/ sometime outside porch cat somehow got a 2 inch cut/gash on one of her hind legs and I called Treehouse at 8am the next morning and they saw us at 11am and were super friendly and caring! The front of the house staff were very kind and happy to let Tess crawl around the front desk. Next I met the vet tech and Dr. Jamie Partido and they were so great and caring about our situation and I mean not only with Tess' cut but financial as well and came up with a solution that was below what we ever imagined we would be spending to help Tess get better. Dr. Jamie was a willing to take the time to answer all my questions about the procedure and what would happen next for Tess. We are very impressed with Treehouse, they have won our business and we will "brag" on them to our neighbors and friends!
Wonderful vet!. We have 4 dogs and wouldn't go anywhere else! Wonderful.
Treehouse is Great. I came to Treehouse after many years at another vet -- and I have been so happy about the decision. Dr. Carol Lipinski is smart, knowledgeable, extremely caring and willing to take lots of time with me and my dogs, including followup phone conversations. I always feel that I am in the best of hands. The staff is attentive, and the office is pleasant, even when wrangling two challenging terriers. Thank you, Treehouse.
Caring and Conscientious. Dr. Carol (and recently Dr. Hugh) have helped us through a number of big and small issues with our two labs and one cat, and throughout, they have been thoughtful, smart, and very caring. They really love the animals, and understand the people. They communicate clearly, cover all their bases, and know how to balance "real life" issues for the owners too: things like costs, quality of life, sanitation in the home, end of life decisions. Also, the support staff is kind, patient, and competent.
Treehouse is a great animal hospital!. We have been going to Dr. Carol since our dog needed a second opinion in the '90's. Carol took great care of him and he immediately became better after his treatment. She has seen us through our other pets and is very thorough. If humans had such caring Doctors of their own, it would be a better world! They also take good care of our pups when we board them.
Wonderful Vet!. We live in Buckhead and initially chose Tree House because of a referral from a friend and because of convenience. For the last two years, we have been seeing Dr. Carol Lipinski for our 2 year old Springer. Not only have we received good medical attention for our dog, but Dr. Lipinski has been helpful in making suggestions on behavior modifications for some issues we were having with our big puppy. She is kind to our pet, respectful and considerate to me and my children, and I think thorough in her examinations. Also, we love the staff at Tree House as they are all friendly, especially Christie. We would not consider taking our pet anywhere else!
Great vet!. We love Treehouse Animal Clinic. The staff is wonderful, the vets are outstanding and our dog always is treated with such great care. We could not be happier with Treehouse.

My husband and I have been taking our 3 dogs to Treehouse Animal Clinic for the past 11 years. Dr. Hugh White takes care of them in such a great manner – you can tell he really loves animals. He has such a calming demeanor with our dogs. Moe, Tootsie and Roscoe absolutely love him and we all enjoy going to Treehouse for all their checkups and shots.
Dr. White is always so helpful. He explains everything in detail (in everyday language so I can understand what is going on) and that ensures that we are able to give our dogs the best care possible. Dr. White is never in a hurry and he spends as much time as is needed. He also follows up with phone calls about blood results which I really appreciate and is always happy to fax the results to me. This is extremely important since I have an 11 year-old Male Border Collie with Diabetes and a 3-year old male Border Collie mix with thyroid problems.
For the record, these are my children and I want their doctor to be the very best and Dr. Hugh White is the VERY BEST VETINARIAN THERE IS!!!
The staff is great and they display top notch customer service skills. They really care about animals and it definitely shows in the compassionate way they do their jobs. We love the staff at Treehouse as they are all friendly, especially Christie. We would not consider taking our “children” anywhere else!
Horrible. rude. scamsters.
besides being rude, they are only out to cheat their pet owners.
They charged me $59 for a health exam without telling me they were going to perfom it. When i asked what the exam entailed, they couldn't tell me.
Completely unapolegetic about it. There is a reason there are soo many bad reviews about this place. I called Carol personally, and she called me a liar in so many words.
totally a low budget operation.
I wish i still lived close to Ansley Animal. They are expensive, but at least they are honest. This place is like going to a used car mechanic.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS !.
Treehouse Animal clinic has been treating my dog since early February on the basis that he was not eating, throwing up food and losing significant weight. It is now April, my dog lost 1/3 of his body weight. He weighed 60 pounds going into this and now weighs 40. We took him there again (possibly the 8th time since early February) and after the vet checked him out she said everything feels fine and gave us meds for nausea. The same night we were at the 24 hour emergency animal hospital bc he was convulsing, and basically dieing of malnutrition and in serious pain. We immediately called them 3 0 mins prior to closing and no one would answer the phone.
The vet at the emergency Animal hospital immediately found a lump in his abdomen just by feeling him, and now he is dieing from a rare form of colon and stomach cancer. We had the hospital preform all the tests Treehouse did all over again. Being bloodwork and x-rays, whom treehouse did x-rays two weeks prior to the hospital visit and said they could find nothing. However, the emergency animal hospital did the x-rays and said they were very abnormal. They then followed with an ultrasound and found a tumor in his intestines, which has been causing his weight lose and continuously throwING up his food. They immediately did surgery and removed the area; however, they found what looks to be the same thing in his stomach. There for it has already spread. If we would of taken our dog somewhere else months ago he would have a better curing rate and result of almost 100%. One should never take there pet to animal house unless they don't care about their pet and just want to pay a lot of bills. I now have several medications that are of no use or need, which I have spent several dollars on.
P.S. Their sentinel and advantage prices are very high compared to other vets.
