Excellent service. The best color and cut I've ever had. Rusty is great and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them.

I needed a haircut really bad. Having recently moved to Marietta, I decided to pop into Claiborne's on a Friday afternoon and just see if I could get an appointment. I knew my mom always loved how they did her hair. Lucky me. Rusty was able to take me within 20 minutes, due to a cancellation.

They made me feel welcome while I waited. Rusty truly worked magic on my hair. I left feeling like a person instead of a dog with mange. Will be going back for sure. I plan to make advanced appointments in the future,but boy what a lucky Friday that was for me. Treat yourself to this salon.

I am over 60 and have been coloring my hair since 16. So, I have been to a lot of salons, and have had good and bad experiences. Lately, since my hair seems to be white in the front and black in the back, no one knows quite the solution to keep me a highlighted blonde which I have been for over 20 years. I have gone to very elite salons that promised they could do the job, but somehow failed, even to the point of coloring me orange and telling me it was blonde! I did not have very high hopes entering Claiborne's, but Chrissy made me a believer. She gave me exactly what I asked for, and seemed to know instinctively what I wanted. She did such a great job on my root color blending, I didn't even need high or low lights, and probably won't need them for another touch up or two. Chrissy is the best, and I highly recommend Claiborne's.

Just got my hair done at Claiborne's and it looks great! My color was all wrong and I pretty much had no style or shape, and they fixed it. I have a whole new look! Exceptional service and reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Kate!

You can't find a better salon!. I have to say I love this place! I have been a client for around 10 years and have come to know all the staff. They are friendly and genuinely care about their clients. I really like knowing that everytime I go in, I will be greeted by the same smiling people (their staff seems to stay). My hair always looks fantastic and I love the fact that other services are available if I need them. ( I got some killer make-up done for a party last year.) All the stylists do fantastic work, even though I love Teri the best. I just wanted to add that my most recent visit was great. Thanks Teri, my hair always looks great!

I went to Claiborne's because my colour had been completely botched by another salon. I chose Claiborne's due to their high rating on Kudzu and it was a great decision. They were so polite on the phone and got me in within a day, with Rusty who overhauled my colour, cut and highlights. It took some time (3 hours) and some money $200+ but now my hair feels and looks more natural.

I had to take my 6 year old with me and the staff treated him like family, making sure he was comfortable and had everything he needed while he waited for me. He's pretty self-contained so I wouldn't recommend just taking your kids in and expecting them to be entertained, FYI. I have another pending appointment which I'm looking forward to.

Will 3 times be a charm or a last strike & you're out?. Ok. I'd gone in as a first time client, asking for my roots to match my color and highlights. The roots matched the main color, however, the highlights were colored over and ended up being 'ashy' looking. I went in for a 2nd visit, a re-do/correction, and the ashy look was gone, however, so were my highlights.... :( ... I even asked, if I'll be able to see them? My response was, "you won't see them at all.". My 2nd question, "will they fade?" Reply, "yes...". Months later... they faded with the rest of the color, that still matches, making it look like I don't have any highlights - at all.... I don't like to give bad reports, but this should have been corrected the 2nd time. And, with an opportunity to, gloriously, save money, totaling 50% off.... I still have to wonder, what's the point, if you don't walk out with what you want? Yet.... times are hard and money is tight for me.... Sorry, but this 3rd attempt (if I take one) will be either "3 strikes and you're out" or the "3rd time is a charm.". I'll keep you posted.
