Yes, you can shop for household basics in Buckhead, without breaking the bank. Across from Phipps, and behind Filene's, is Tarrrr-Jay! We can't help but run in from time to time, for the basic needs of running the everyday household. We love the escalator that takes your shopping bugy, from one level to the next. It's easy parking, and very fast. Electronics, Glassware, Candles, and even apparel basics like socks, and P.J.'s. And we had to buy one of those signature Michael Graves, tea kettles!
