Helpful staff and excellent selection of stationery!. After having a terrible experience at Swoozie's, we visited the Papyrus at Lenox mall to try to find envelopes for our wedding invitation. Courtney was the employee working that day and she was extremely helpful and friendly without being at all pushy. She immediately picked out sample books from a relatively large selection and pointed out which companies would let us order envelopes alone without ordering invitations, which places might charge an extra fee, etc. She was very helpful when showing us the in-store collection of envelopes. She gave me her name and phone number and told me when she'd be working again, so that if I needed to call for any further assistance I would be able to reach her promptly. In the end, we found envelopes in the store that we LOVED and they were much cheaper and more exciting than anything we found at Swoozie's. We also noticed some thank you notes that we liked a lot, and we plan to go back to get those. We will be Papyrus customers for life!

Swell stationery. Papyrus stocks a nice selection of writing notes, cards and papers. While more expensive than buying a box of cards at Target, it's much less expensive than buying a whole bunch of single cards at Hallmark, and it just feels better. I'm a sucker for the notecards featuring cute cat designs.
