Worst Customer Service!. I visited Neimans and I must say I was turned off by the sales associates attitude. Jamir looked me up and down (for some unknown reason), he didn't know me so I thought that behavior was odd and unfriendly! So I walked off and left the store.

If you are a "big fanatic" of Neimans, shop online or visit the outlet. If not, take your business to Saks Fifth Avenue or Nordstroms!

In 1907, the first Neiman Marcus opened in Dallas. Today, you can buy ready-to-wear clothes at locations from coast to coast. Shelves hold merchandise from an all-star team of designers: Manolo Blahnik, Anne Klein, Dolce & Gabbana and more. The shoe department is small and upscale: think Fendi and Prada. Personal shoppers are available to track down the perfect Chanel nail polish to complement the Kate Spade bag that matches the DKNY skirt.

Terrible return policy. I spent 1000.00 on a shirt, tie, and pair of shoes, also I bought a watch for 100.00. The watch broke and they would not take it back or replace it. Sorry Neiman but you lost my confidence is shopping with you.

Everyday Is A Holiday @ Neiman's! Terrific Staff!. With our annual Neiman-Marcus -2006-Holiday Catalog in tow, we entered one of the ultimate shopping destinations in Atlanta. The store is currently undergoing a renovation and expansion, and adding a second story wing to Lenox Square. All the designers, have little individual boutiques throughout the store. Many of these fine employees, we have know for years, and customer service is right on. We love all the unique one-of-kind Fine Jewelry Department. Simply dazzling. There's always magic in the air, at this store, and the final Last Call Sales are legendary. We hope the Zodiac Room will be made over also, so we can spend a complete day at the store. Private outside entrance, you don't have to schelp through the mall.

love it!. i have been going here for years and it is my absolute favorite store! they have the best shoes (manolos) and they keep a good selection of juicy and can order it fast if you need another size. the alterations are also good and they have the BEST furs!i would highly recommend going here!
