Pacific Sunwear's clothing seems made for summer (or the West Coast). I always find a reasonably priced, cute pair of shorts or a nice T-shirt, and whatever I find is usually under $30. Pacific Sunwear carries lines like Split and Roxy, perfect for feeling like you're 5 miles away from the beach, even if you're not.
Pros: great summer wear
Cons: occasionally tacky
