Worst experience ever!. I shopped belk online, the prices are great but the customer service is horrible. I've never had a worst experience with a retail store in my life. I've never talked to so many people who had no explanations for anything. They cancelled my order with no explanation, when I was finally able to re order they only sent me 6 of 23 items..again with no good explanation and now the 20% discount I was suppose to be getting will be credited after christmas..oh but I did get an explanation, because they are too busy..nice! Belk sucks! Not so much a Merry Christmas for my daughters.

Wow! Beautiful, sexy, funky, quality fashion!. Never been until I moved here. I was wow'd! Fabulous style & selection. I wanted to get lost in the shoe department, it was a good 45 min sidetrack. 3 Floors, get a sitter!

Pro. Parisian is the first store I hit when searching for a pair of shoes. The variety of designers is appealing. The prices range from inexpensive yet stylish to top of the line and classic. Customer service is wonderful! And when you have extra time, the bargain room is a great find!
