Don't Believe Their Perfect Ratings !. No company, especially a car repair company gets 34 perfect, 5 star reviews, NO ONE !

These guys are very computer literate, and I'll guarantee you, if every ip address and the person behind the computer was found, many would either be employees or friends of Kudzu. They wouldn't be the first company that pumped up their ratings via bogus reviews. This is common on the internet folks - don't believe their hype!

Their estimates are at the very top of the range as well.

They are expensive ! When you charge the most, you'll have some backlash - especially on the internet!

If they find a way to take this review down, that proves it.

Great Job and Customer Service. I took my BMW to Kongs to have auto body work done. I had two separate jobs that needed to be done. One that was being taken care of by insurance and I had my paperwork from the insurance company which set the amount they would pay. Kong did not try to get a penny more. The second job was coming out of my pocket and he cut me a big break on that one. As it turned out, because they ended up keeping the car for an extra two days, he did not charge me for the second job. He said it was on him for the inconvenience. The work done was excellent and getting him on the phone was never a problem. He has gained a loyal customer!

Best in ATL. Went to Kong's for the first time last year after reading the reviews. Recently came back again for major work. I will only take my vehicle here. Great customer service, fair pricing, and great work! Forget Classic Collision or anyplace else for that matter. Rated five stars for a reason!

Exactly What I Was Looking For. I am usually very nervous about everything that has to do with cars. I went to Kongs after doing some research on Atlanta body shops. They were polite, upfront, and did an excellent job on my bumper. I left extremely relieved knowing I had found a body shop in town that I completely trust.

Very Honest, Solid Work!. A gentleman backed into my car by accident and left his number in a note so he could pay for it; in appreciation for his kindness I wanted to get the cheapest estimates I could. I took my car to Kong's Body Shop, Your Auto Body Shop, Buckhead Collision, and Collision Works after reading good reviews about all of them. Kong's was the second cheapest estimate (and the fastest), but Kong understood the situation, encouraged me to get other estimates, and offered to work with the gentleman on the price. After the gentleman decided to go through insurance (making the individual estimates irrelevant), I chose to use Kong's Auto Body Shop because I had such a good feeling about it. There was never any attempt to hustle me or tell me about complicated 'necessary' extra tasks, it was very straightforward.

I could not be happier. My car is now perfectly fixed, and Kong ALSO repaired something else I told him about- my gas cable broke during the cold snap, and had to be replaced- for free!! He didn't even charge me for the new cable! Moreover, since I could not make it to the auto body in time to return the rental the day the car was ready, Kong told me to come the next day and if I had a hard time about the rental he would take care of it. In all of my dealings with Kong's Auto Body Shop, I was impressed by their laidback friendliness and painstaking honesty.

He's pricey. I had a dent on tail gate of my minivan and paint came off on the sides and front bumper. I hired a guy from craigslists and he asked 180 USD to remove dent and fix rest of the things. He messed up my van and made it worst. I took it to Kong's shop after reading excellent review about this guy. He told me that it costs 2700 USD to fix everything. I asked few of my friends if any one knew good body shop around down and I was told about this shop in Lithia Auto Service in Lithia Springs GA. He quoted me 900 USD and told me that he wouldn't negotiate. He did an excellent job and I'm amazed to see the quality of his work and couldn't thing of anything better. I would highly recommend this guy to any one. His contact number is 404-735-1483 and his name is Steve.

Great Experience!!. If you are looking for a trustworthy, competitively priced, high-quality auto body shop in the Atlanta area, look no further than Kong's body shop. I have used Kong's three times in the past 18 months and each time he has given be an incredibly competitive price and provided impeccable quality of workmanship. Most recently, I brought in a 2006 Nissan Altima that required some scratch removal before returning the leased car to Nissan. The original inspection from Nissan said that I would have to pay $700 if I returned the car in current condition (due to some scratches on the passenger side). I brought the car to Kong's and he was dissappointed that Nissan wanted to charge for what appeared to be minor scratches. He said that he could fix the scratches for a slightly cheaper rate than Nissan, but recommended that I don't actually fix the scratches, but rather just detail/buff them out. Another body shop might have taken this opportunity to make an additional $500-600, but Kong is a stand-up guy and he said he could buff out the scratches for $100. Not only that, he said that if Nissan did not reduce the damages, he would give me a refund on the $100! This is probably not a written policy, so I am not sure he would hold up this deal for anyone, but I think this experience exemplifies the type of trustworthy business that Kong is running. If you are curious, Nissan removed all charges related to those scratches, so Kong's saved me $600 out of $700 (approx 85% cost reduction).

As long as I am in Atlanta, I will never go to another body shop.

Outstanding Body Shop. I am happy to recommend Kong's body shop on Cheshire bridge. They did an outstanding job with my car. I would use them again.

Kong's is the best Body Shop in ATL!. I used city search to find Kong's after visiitng several shops in the city. What I found at other shops was lack of customer service, interest and clear direction on what needed to be done to my car. I highly recommend Kong's. Why? He delivers what he says, repairs your car with care and perfection. When you have car damage, you want to be back in it as soon as possible and Kong's will make every effort to do so.

When the insurance adjuster is late or weather and other factors come into play be patient ! The finish product will be worth your wait, priced fairly. Kong and his staff are the most focused workers I have seen.

More than words can say, I have happy with the repair on my car ! !
