great experience. Over the years, I have had my hair cut at quite a few high priced Atlanta salons, (stan milton, van michael, etc.), I was happy with the stylist who had been cutting my hair for the last 20 years but was just ready for a change. Sometimes you just want to try something new! I called the salon, was told Garri Johnson, (a woman), was a protege of Steve HIghtower and that she was skilled in the art of cutting fine hair. I could not have been more pleased. Not only did she give me a great cut but she showed me a variety of simple techniques to make my hair look thicker. I highly recommend her.

Paul Trantham is a star!. I went only because I had a special discount from Social Living. I chose Paul Trantham to cut and style my hair because he is the "master stylist" there. He did a fantastic job. The cut cost $75, which is about $25 more than I like to pay. BUT, I can definitely tell the difference between this cut and cuts I get from other name-brand salons around town. My pocketbook does not want me to return to this salon. But I think I am going to do so anyway, because I am so happy with my cut.

Ashlee is a Lifesaver!!!. I'm in sales and a mom, its my job to be in style and practical on the limited time that i have for myself. I went in the salon on a time crunch in between meetings, and was settling for just a hair cut, even though I've been feeling the Christmas blues with my hair. Within a small amount of time i was able to get the full salon experience, beautiful highlights, a 5 min shampoo that made me forget about my worries, and the best haircut I've had in years. She was the sweetest girl with a healing touch. When I left I still had an extra half hour of me time before heading back to the office. Steve Hightower hair artist studio is an oasis in the middle of Buckhead.

Atlanta's Beauty Experts. As a native Atlantan, I visited almost every salon and spa in town, but I was addicted to Steve Hightower's Studio after just one visit! You must see David for Atlanta's best massage and let him relieve your stress with his amazing Energy Work. Also, their "no-chip" 3 week manicure has been a life-saver and try any of their facials. Next on my list is the Stress Reduction Scalp Massage and Body Firming Peppermint Sea Twist. And, while I was in there yesterday, I saw an average brunette transform into the most stunning redhead I've ever seen. If you're looking for the best in Atlanta, THIS IS IT!

Steve Hightower is amazing!. I found Steve online through google and read his reviews on CitySearch. His reviews were great and after having been at his salon I now know why! He helped me with my fine hair which has always been limp and it looked great . He suggested coloring my hair which I did and I love it. He explained how to work with my hair and recommended products that truly help to give me volume. Heading back for my second appointment this weekend and can't wait. Not only is Steve great to work with but everyone that I met who works there really works hard to make sure you are satisfied. Just an overall fantastic experience!

FINALLY!! Someone who can do color!!. I moved here from NC a little over 2 years ago and it has been a nightmare trying to find someone who could do highlights! I am a medium brunette and have been getting golden blonde highlights for years. This should not be rocket science folks, but apparently in Atlanta it is. I do a lot of public speaking, so appearance is very important for my job.

I tried the most expensive salons (they put in ashe blonde chunks), I tried ones with the great ads (hair came out brassy), and I tried stylists of friends (last time got white white blonde all over the top and left my hair brown on the bottom).

FINALLY found Steve Hightower. Everything they say about Steve is 1000% true. I called him in a panic after my last hair debacle (so white blonde my light brown eyebrows looked black). Steve called me backed personally and when I told him what a fix I was in for an upcoming appearance and that I looked like Lady Gaga, he got me in the very next day and was able to weave in darker gold highlights to tone down the white blonde and make me look presentable. He is now the ONLY one in Atlanta that will ever touch my hair again!! He is a miracle worker!!

Take it from me. Stop looking and just call Steve. I wish I had found him when I first moved here. I would have avoided a lot of nightmares!!

Great Haircut. You know you have a great haircut when you can do it yourself the next week and it looks good! Everyone is so friendly and kind. No pushy sales of products. Actually I got a great shampoo and conditioner that I love. Finally!

Wonderful environment. And I brought my six year old because I did not have a sitter. There were crayons and a fab fish tank for him. They in now way made me feel uncomfortable for having him there.

Thanks for a great experience.

WOWO !!. Alright so I'm really picky and have trouble just staying at one salon but this is HANDS DOWN the best salon I've ever been to ! Brian does amazing color and Gari does a beautiful cut . Everyone there is so friendly it's unreal and you seriously walk out of there feeling like Barbie . I just wish they had a Steve Hightower in New York !

Thankful for Steve!. We at Judy's House of Styles in Temple, Georgia are thankful for Steve Hightower and his exceptionally professional staff for offering a helping hand in furthering our hair education. We recently visited Steve's beautiful salon in January in which he graciously allowed our stylists to observe his stylists at work. Yesterday, Steve came with two of his staff members, Paul and Stacy, to educate our stylists about color and cutting techniques. Steve and his staff are truly talented hair professionals. Thanks for everything Steve!
