One of the best cleaners in town!. Classic Touch Cleaners is wonderful. I have been using them for years without any problems.

They are always friendly and have my clothes ready in time. They've also cleaned things for me in one day or take the time do repairs such as hems or buttons if needed.

I will continue to use them forever!

Ruined my clothes, and they blamed me!. On my first visit, I brought in khaki colored pants. They were returned with large orange streaks all over the back of the pants. When I brought them back in, I was told that they do not use chemicals, and they blamed it on me! To compensate me for my $60 pants, they offered me a $30 store credit for future dry cleaning. Why would I go back there? They were also very rude to me in person and on the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR QUALITY CLOTHES!

Awful - Rude - Don't Bother. I went through the drive through to pick my 11 items, paid $33 and went home. At home I noticed I only received five pieces. I went back thinking he had charged me for everything and forgot to give me the clothes.

It turned out he had charged $14.50 just to clean my cotton raincoat which is how five item cost $33. He told me that he did not have the rest of my clothes and that he had already given me everything. I insisted that he double check, instead he brought out their log and showed me that I had only one ticket and that everything on it I already picked up, he refused to check for them and made it very clear he did not care and wanted me to leave his store. Furious since $300 of my husbands clothes were missing and for being treated rudely I went back home and desperately looked for and found the ticket. I will admit this is not the first time I misplaced a dry cleaning ticket but I have NEVER had a problem until this place.

When I came back with my 2ndticket in hand he told that it was my fault that they didn?t give me my clothes and that it wasn?t in the book because it was a laundry ticket and not a dry cleaning ticket. I of course do not know the inner workings of their store and did not know that. He should have known when I told him what was missing to look in the other book seeing as how it should be very obvious to him.

Don?t waste your time and money.
