Evicted after the Lease Ends and I Move Out? Really?. How do you evict someone who moves out after their lease legally ends? How do you evict someone who legally and rightfully moved out of the very apartment you've claimed you've kicked said person out of? How can you evict someone who is no longer under lease, who has moved from the premises, and never missed a rent payment the entire time they were under lease?

Why would Connie Rose & Association try to ruin my credit by placing a false eviction on it? I will find out and provide an update once we get to the bottom of things. As it stands, what was a decent place to live has turned into an absolute nightmare 2 years after the fact.

Let the legal battle begin.... again.

Please be wary of this place, keep records of everything, and double check, cross reference, and make sure you're aware of what you're getting yourself into... with not only the community in which you live, but most importantly the people running it.

And to the reviews directed at Bo's arse... please, spare us the slimy details. Bo is an absolute dunce, from what I've witnessed so far. You've been warned.

not too bad, Bo is awesome. The Oaks property in L5P is such a great location for the price its hard to complain about the slow and shoddy repairs. Bo, the onsite manager, is the best you can ask for in the area and took it upon himself to run off the hooligans that frequented the parking lot and yard outside the complex. I never had a problem with the people in the office, they were all very nice, very no nonsense, returned my security deposit with out ripping me off for anything (which, really, is A LOT to ask for these days). Get your rent in on time and you will have no problems with these guys.

Great Place to Live -- Good Experience. I have lived at two Connie Rose Properties. The first one was at Lavista Valley -- across from Whole Foods and now I live at The Oaks in Little 5 Points. I have always found them to be great people to deal with. The Oaks is a neat historic old building -- very well maintained. Their office is always pleasant and responsive. The maintenance guys are always nice and helpful whenever I have needed them.

Slumlord!!!!. I lived at a Connie Rose managed property for 1 year (I got out as soon as my lease way up!!!) and between the daily crime (8 car break-ins and 2 home break-ins), smell and noise I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to live anywhere that has that company's name on it! It is downright filthy and I was embarrassed to live there and this is one of their “nice” properties!

Sleazy Business - Do not rent!!. I had a terrible experience with Connie Rose that I felt I needed to share so others can avoid them and their shady business practices...

I signed a lease with them for one of their units in Emory Arms Apartments on June 2. I started moving my things in and on June 19 when I went to the apartment to move more stuff in there was a letter tacked to my door saying that the apartment complex had been sold and I had 30 days to vacate. The letter also indicated that the buyer would be demolishing the complex and building new properties. Clearly, they knew about this when I signed the lease and leased the apartment to me anyway, without mentioning the possibilty that they would be selling the building in the near future.

Thankfully, I work for a law firm and we sent them a letter demading that they refund my security deposit, pet deposit (since I never fully moved in and my cat had never been at the apartment), June rent, and other moving expenses. They wrote a letter back saying they told me that there was a possibility the apartments would be sold and that they even offered me 2 other units in different complexes-- obviously, complete lies. We wrote back saying that I would sign an affidavit and testify that this was untrue. I guess this scared them enough because they called a few days later agreeing to give me back my June rent (I was already refunded the 2 deposits from the company that bought the units).

Anyway, to make a long story short, Connie Rose is a completely unethical and sleazy business that tried to screw me over, probably because they thought it would be easy to take advantage of a young 22-year old girl like me. I would NOT recommend renting from them under any circumstances!

worst place in the county. I lived at one of Connie Rose's apartments for 7 yrs. The first few where ok except that it took forever for anything to get fixed. Then I found that large rodents had gotten in to the kitchen. First I was told: "Don't put food out for your pets." A ridiculous excuse that I did not accept. Then they sent an exterminator who put some foam around the kitchen floor ,but no-one was sent to block up the holes. The rodents were back in a few months , then they send an exterminator who put rodent killer behind the dishwasher. Soon there was a terrible dead-body odor coming out of the walls in the kitchen, then there were literally thousands of flies coming out of the walls. A few months later the animals were back. This time I sent a notarized letter to Connie Rose and caught a huge rodent in a Have-a-hart trap and took it over to their office.Needless to say this got their attention and this time they had a exterminator look for places they were getting in from around the foundation of the building. This, instead of hiring someone to block up the places the vermin were getting into. The rodents were gone for about 6 months and then came back. This time my complaints brought NO action what so ever because they were planning to sell the building to a developer and did not give a damn or a rodents bum -of which there were many- how their tenants live. I finally got the hell out of there when I found a nest under my couch.

These people are the worst scum-slum lords I have ever encountered. They take advantage of the fact that many of their tenants have low incomes and are afraid to complain about horrific living conditions.

STAY as far AWAY from these people as you can!!!!

Don't do it. I do not recommend CRJ Realty (Connie Rose and Assoc.) to you if you want good upkeep, friendly service, or no hassles. I don't even want to start with how the person who the company is named after truly doesn't care how your experience is, even if your apartment is unbearable. I regret that I gave her my hard -earned money for rent.

Wonderful experience. I have lived in a Connie Rose property for almost three years, and I have really enjoyed my apartment. I have been in the Atlanta area for ten years, and they are the best management company I have experienced. The front office staff has always been very helpful and professional. For the location and price, I couldn't ask for a better place.

brown water. The water in all the pipes tends to run very BROWN at Oakcliff Apartments. It''s disgusting. I got maintenance over about it and they just said that it was the cold water from the city, but the hot water is obviously running brown too. I keep my fridge stocked with drinking water for everything. Also, the property is pitiful: when they say the apartment has been freshly painted what they mean is that they coated everything including your light switches and electrical outlets with no attempt to sand or disguise the huge patches in the wall where there must have been holes. You will probably have to struggle to get paint out of your electrical sockets like I did if you want to use an appliance. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that it seems they painted the bathtub, too. Imagine taking a shower with all the paint on the bottom of the tub peeling off to reveal a blue color while it's clogging your drain. Beyond tacky. I was desperate to get an apartment last minute when I transferred here, but ever since, I've been desperate to get out!!

AVOID THIS PROPERTY OWNER. This is the worst place ever. Connie rose is only interested in collecting the rent. This is a slum landlord indeed. we have had maintenance issues from week one and have made over 14 maintenance calls and still have not had issues resolved we are moving out ASAP after only being here three months. What a waste. I would advise you to stay away from this place. The only thing attractive abou it is its location but the apartment is old and lousy...Avoid her properties like the plague!!!
