Consummate professionals. Carole Parks recently catered my wedding reception for 200 people, and I can honestly say that no detail was overlooked. The food they prepared was simple, fresh and tasty--they accommodated us in everything we suggested. We worked with Colleen, and she was fantastic. She helped us choose everything from the table linens to the wedding cake. It was a fabulous party, thanks to the great work Carole Parks Catering did.
