Since 1974, Alfredo's has created the sights, sounds, smells and particularly the tastes of Italy by offering patrons authentic Italian
cuisine. A well-loved dining tradition in Atlanta, Alfredo's welcomes loyal devotees as well as new clientele to sample their new specialties. Try our popular veal dishes like: "The Godfather," a fabulous treat of veal prepared in three different styles or pastas and fresh seafood such as Linguine Pescatore, a combination of mussels, clams, shrimp and calamari in a light tomato sauce over pasta.
Alfredo's boasts delicious homemade desserts, cocktails and has an extensive list of domestic and imported wines.
Changes at this Atlanta landmark mean only a natural evolution of the finest in Italian cooking.

My highest recommendation.. We come 90 miles (from Macon) to eat at Alfredo's because of two things: 1) the best "real" Italian food at fair prices and 2) the service we receive from a staff that make you feel like family - if not extras in a Felini film! The menu contains entrees under $10.00 w/most $12 to $15. Terrific veal, good bar, romantic & still kid-friendly. Always busy so be sure to call for reservations. Old-fashioned and proud of it, Alfredo's earns my highest recommendation. Bill Trail, Macon, GA, 12/14/02
Excellent. A quality restaurant of long standing, excellent reputation, service, food preparation.
Real Italian!. This is the only place in Atlanta for real Italian. The ambiance is great and the food and service even better!
SIMPLY THE BEST!!!. Hands down this is the best Italian restaurant in all of Atlanta. The food is unsurpassable and the service supurb- be sure to request Tony or Rudy. You won't be dissappointed. The atmosphere is very quaint and cozy. Enjoy!
Little Italy in Hotlanta. Great food, service and atmosphere...like your back-home northeastern favorite place!
Old Country Ambience.
Great food, attentive service and reasonable prices.
It doesn't get much better.
great neighborhood italian.
always a friendly staff. if you go there somewhat often the waiters remember your name and drinks.
food is very good the veal chop is about the best in town
tired of waiting. I used to rave about Alfredo's: yes, it looks like straight out of the Sopranos and they have relatively good food. But at this point, I think there's several major problems with this joint. Even though we had a reservation, we at least waited to be seated over 30 min, with no explanation. To make matters worse, the waiting area was overcrowded beyond capacity, and it was not even a Saturday night. Parking is very difficult, unless you want to park your car next to the auto graveyard next door. I think these problems could be solved if the restaurant got more serious about its reservations, and avoid walk-ins.
You lookin at me??. For you folks voting for Maggianos, Ippollittos, etc, this is not the place for you. Those of us with real taste come to Alfredos. Always packed, and for good reason, this little hole in the wall could not make Italian food any better. Garlic bread that literally melts in your mouth, a huge meal of to-die-for Italian food, and a carafe of chianti....if only mamma could cook like this. Come early or late to avoid the wait, although a wait at the bar is not an entirely bad thing. This is where the Godfather would dine.
