“This is a great place.”
“Wait, Bad food, Will not return”
“Went to the bar first, for a Mojito, which was vey good, made by a nice bartender, Steve.”
“That said, I should clarify that there are a lot of dining establishments in Atlanta that are really just bars posing as restaurants, serving mediocre food at high prices.”
“The food is wonderful, the prices are comparable and the service at both are excellent; however, there is not an hour long wait at Las Margaritas!”
The Most Wonderfull PLace. I had Marthas Shrimp and it was delicious I loved the place it is well decorated and has a lot of good deals. good prices and cheap margaritas.decoration is very diferent and people is niece and very care about customers.
Las Margaritas has quite the potential
to serve wonderful food. On occasion, they really do fill your stomach with great food, but it is so hit or miss that it cannot be trusted.
As you sit down into the restaurant, you will find a large bar. This bar is wonderful for events. There is a large patio. The patio is nothing to really look at. It is barebones with dying bushes surrounding it. The concrete needs some help, and the tarps that come down in the winter can make you lose your appetite.
The menu can be overwhelming because you did not really expect what was on it. Expecting food from Latin America, this food is a blend of Latin America, Tex-mex, and American style. While many restaurants have executed this greatly, Las Margaritas typically comes up short with its food. Having been there several times, I am never particularly pleased with my meal. The one time I had great food there, the portion sizes were underwhelming. For what you pay at this restaurant and the atmosphere of it, the serving size was just disappointing.
While you may luck out and receive delectable food, the service will make sure that you dislike your experience. It is very easy to get seated at a table, but you must wait 10-15 minutes just to get someone to take a drink order. This is just really unacceptable. The person who seats you should be able to do this, and relay that information to the server. Then, the food takes at least 30 minutes or more to come out. I was there with my sister when she ordered food in the first round of Crazy Bitch Bingo. It did not show up until the 3rd round. Being a regular at bingo on Joe's On Juniper tells me that it was at least 1 hour before she was served. The food served wasn't hot. However, some may say that these are the results of overworked staff or a busy kitchen. This is not the case. While Crazy Bitch Bingo is a busier night here, it is by no means overwhelming for the staff at hand. When looking around for our server, he could be found talking to the bartender, talking to the owner, talking to the hostess, doing chores around the restaurant, but he could not be bothered with me.
Frankly, Las Margaritas has a prime location. Property is most likely cheap. It is around a few bars and clubs. However, it does not take advantage of this location with its business. It is a dysfunctional restaurant. It has its good days, but those are far and few in between.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!. I first came to this place with my girlfriends. I dont know how we stumbled upon it but the margaritas had us hooked. That, the great food, the beautiful staff (they all are adorable). I have gone back time and time again (at least once a month) either on dates, out with friends, or even out with my family. The service is great the drinks are great and the food is tasty and priced perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy and there are enough quiet corners to have an intimate meal with someone you care about or sit out on the patio and listen to the dj. I cant say enough about this place. It is my go-to place if I want to feel good. I never regret going there.

PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER TO VISIT LAS MARGARITAS!!!. I visited this restaurant yesterday and I was extremely disappointed with food, service and environment. I had the paella which supposed to be one of the best dishes of the place...... WRONG IT WASN’T, not to mention the prices it’s not worth the money at all... Also the manager or owner was next to us with a computer as it was her office and she was jailing an employed how awkward......... I would never come back to this restaurant you can have a much better food at somewhere else for much less.... do not bother to visit this place!!!!!
