Flexible deli staff. The people working the deli counter bend over backwards to ensure your meat is cut exactly the way you want it. A staff member will cut a slice, bring it over to you and then ask if that's AOK with you. It's such a change from so many deli counters in the area, where all your meat comes with is a grunt. The store is kept spotless and the fruit and vegetable selection are always top-notch.
