Einstein's is simple, but nice. We love to take our dogs and sit outside on the weekends. They got a great selection of bagels, breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches and spreads.

Perfect if you love round, stale bread

Its impossible to find a good bagel place in Atlanta and I've accepted that but to even begin to say that Einstein's has good bagels is a tragedy. I would rather have frozen bagels than the overpriced offerings at Einstein's. Bagels are supposed to be boiled, not baked, that's how they are made.

Large Fresh Bagel Selection! Good Schmears(Spreads)! Fast!

Yes this is a chain, so what. But it's located in the cruisey Ansley Mall area, and so convient for many of us Midtown/South Buckhead dwellers. The bagels are totally baked, not boiled first the traditional way, and are very good. Huge variety, and different schmears(spreads). We usually buy a bakers dozen(13), take them home, and put into the refrig. But for a great quick breakfast, we order our fave, toasted poppy, lox, cc, and extra capers. My mouth is watering now. Good coffee selection, and you can grab an AJC, from somebody here. Service varies, who cares, as long as I get my order correct!
