Lenbrook is the first and only nationally accredited, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Atlanta. Lenbrook has 359 residences for seniors 62 years and older. Four new restaurants, living room, library, residents business center, classrooms, movie theatre, meditation area, fitness center and day spa, are available to all Lenbrook residents. Lenbrook offers residences ranging up to 3,000 square feet. Residents pay a one-time Entrance Fee for lifetime use of the residence and all amenities. Entrance Fees are 90% refundable. Residents pay a Monthly Fee for services including dining, housekeeping, utilities, valet, transportation, maintenance, activities, security, emergency response, resident clinic and 60 days of care (annually) in the health care center. Lenbrook is licensed for 60 private, skilled nursing beds and 16 assisted living suites.
