exceptionally lazy service

I lived in the Brookhaven area for a number of years and moved several times during that period, and I'm certainly not a troublesome customer but the customer service here was consistently lazy and had a general air of disorganization. Also, if you happen to be wrongly charged for a specific item (as I was), you can count on beligerence, denial and plenty of fingerpointing until you call the corporate office and get it corrected. Thankfully, I've moved away, but woe unto those who wander into that store just because it's the only mover of scale in the general area...
- Pros: truck can be dropped off late
- Cons: everthing else
