The ENTIRE Fulton County Jail staff, the ENTIRE Sheriffs Department, and the ENTIRE office of the District Attorney are incompetent and totally lacking in common sense, plus they operate well outside the legal boundaries defined in the United States Constitution and the rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court. Federal Judge Marvin Shoob has been WAY TOO PATIENT with all these lazy, shiftless, whiny, useless, corrupt individuals and organizations for WAY TOO LONG! Chief District Attorney Paul Howard INTENTIONALLY and CRIMINALLY holds MANY inmates in jail "awaiting trial" for YEARS (even longer than the maximum allowable sentence for the crimes of which they stand accused!) until they agree to plead guilty, even if there is not one shred of evidence against the defendant. The ENTIRE Sheriffs Department, the ENTIRE staff of the "D.A.'s" office, and EVERY judge working in Fulton County MUST BE IMMEDIATELY REPLACED with competent, decent, honest, educated, efficient, intelligent, and unbiased individuals who will follow the law. On most Fridays, the current crop of judges (INCLUDING JUDGE MARVIN SHOOB'S DAUGHTER, "WENDY") and their staff members, are nowhere around the courthouse or "Justice Center" to be found. Never in my life have I witnessed such an arrogant, 100% ignorant, rude, abusive, nasty, and corrupt group of ALLEGED "legal professionals"! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SUCH THING AS THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, CIVIL RIGHTS, HUMAN RIGHTS, HUMAN DECENCY, COMPASSION, OR "JUSTICE" TO BE FOUND IN FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA! WHAT A DISGRACE! JUDGE MARVIN SHOOB, EITHER IMMEDIATELY ARREST THE HIGH SHERIFF of FULTON COUNTY FOR NOT COMPLYING WITH YOUR ORDERS, OR STOP ISSUING MEANINGLESS ORDERS THAT YOU DO NOT INTEND TO ENFORCE ON A TIMELY BASIS! CRIMINAL WARRANTS ARE ISSUED BY MAGISTRATES IN FULTON COUNTY WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE SIMPLY BECAUSE THE JUDGES, CLERKS, ETC., FIND IT EXTREMELY PROFITABLE FOR THE LOCAL ATTORNEYS, BONDSMEN, TOWING COMPANIES, JAIL SERVICES CONTRACTORS, PROBATION OFFICERS, ETC., ETC., (WHO HAVE SECRETLY BRIBED THE MAGISTRATES and SHERIFF IN "BACK ROOM" DEALS). GRAND JURIES DO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THE LAWS SAY, NOR HOW THEY ARE TO BE APPLIED, THE GRAND JURY MEMBERS ARE SO WOEFULLY IGNORANT THEY WOULD RETURN A "TRUE BILL" OF INDICTMENT AGAINST A PARKING METER ON CHARGES OF LOITERING and PANHANDLING. THE PEOPLE of FULTON COUNTY HAVE SPOKEN, NOW GET BUSY and CLEAN UP THIS MESS!

I've been trying to contact someone to help for 3 months in reference to someone in jail wrongfully accused and the accuser told District Attorney,Public Defender,and I have an notorized statement from her stating that she lied about the whole incident.I've shown everyone this letter but yet and still my nephew is sitting in jail without an bond and no court date.Please tell me who can I talk to PLEASE HELP ME .I've called the courthouse,superior court,the mayor office and they gave me several numbers to call but none helped.I've tried to contact the Sheriff Brown but no one would give me the number to talk to him.PLEASE I'M BEGGING PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.404-552-4362 404-297-7558 404-934-5502 2999 Belvedere Ln Decatur Ga. 30032 PLEASE SOMEONE PLEASE
