I rented from TLC for our wedding reception in October 2012. Reuben called me at 8pm on Friday to say there was a "snafu" and they would not be able to deliver until 3pm day of our event that started at 4pm. I told him that would not work, we needed it in the morning so we could set up; he hung up on me so I called him back thinking it was a cell phone problem. He told me to "get over it" our party didn't start until 4pm and hung up on me again. My husband then called back to talk with Rueben, he hung up on him as well. In our limo ride just after getting married we had to scramble for plan B, called Rueben to say cancel everything as I have never been treated sp terrible, as before he hung up on me once again.

I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone.

TLC RENTALS (Totally Lame Company). TLC rental! These people are rude!! the manger David has no manners. Some of the picture links on the website do not work and when i mentioned it to them so they can fix it they couldn't care less. They do not return calls and have no patience! I would rather spend my money else where as these people don't know the meaning of good customer services. Bryon was a complete prick, arrogant and doesn't have any common sense as they say common sense really isn't that common.! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, THEY DON'T DESERVE IT!

Company is quite unrealiable and so not helpful!. So far, I have given TLC Rents 3 tries to help out my company for our event rentals and so far, they have not been able to assist me 1 time...a company that turns down business is a company that I WILL NOT USE AND STRONGLY DISCOURAGE OTHER COMPANIES OR INDIVIDUALS USING THEMSELVES. I never had a problem trying to find a vendor for tables or chairs until I ran into TLC - basically wanting a change from my usual vendors - now I see why I should just stick to those that I know and am use to...good luck renting from TLC!

Disappointed for the cost. I rented a tent, chandelier, tables, chairs and bar service for a party at my home on June 2, 2007. First, the driver was not provided with sufficient directions to get to my home. I had to "find" him in Union City when I live in Southwest Atlanta. They arrived to my home 2 hours after they called and said they were on the way. Secondly, when the drivers came back to my house to pick up the rental items, they "took" my brand new garbage can. When I called to inquire about it, TLC refused to find my can, replace it, or deduct the cost of a replacement from my total bill. Needless to say, for the cost of the service I was disappointed that they would be so petty.
