I rented a tent, chandelier, tables, chairs and bar service for a party at my home on June 2, 2007. First, the driver was not provided with sufficient directions to get to my home. I had to "find" him in Union City when I live in Southwest Atlanta. They arrived to my home 2 hours after they called and said they were on the way. Secondly, when the drivers came back to my house to pick up the rental items, they "took" my brand new garbage can. When I called to inquire about it, TLC refused to find my can, replace it, or deduct the cost of a replacement from my total bill. Needless to say, for the cost of the service I was disappointed that they would be so petty.
