Bad haircut.
Hello, I used a lady name nina at first, she know how to cut my hair correctly to follow Billy Ray Crus to let it grow longer. To my disappointment, she quit her job. It forces me to use other hair stylers. To start with, I showed her a picture of hair I really wanted and told her to follow that as exactly I wanted. I used first different lady who cut my hair, she did okay job, not great. Then I used second different lady, she did a horrible job on my hair. all uneven and really messed up. I got very angry with Famous Hair, then some customer service from outside, called me but at same time avoiding me to get comments of complaints against Famous Hair. So I decided not to go back to that place again. It is same for Great Clips... they dont understand or see what I really wanted. I had to find specialist hairstyle place to avoid that happen again. WHY??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THOSE PEOPLE DONT LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS??

unbelievably bad..
i went in to get a touch-up on highlights thinking this would be a fairly simple process. wrong! not only was she the SLOWEST person ever, the color was completely off! i had a line across the back of my hair with red (where it hadn't completely lifted) and it was about an inch down (she didn't get close to the root of my hair). the sides were still dark as well. i called and she offered to fix it, she was nice about it so i agreed. big mistake! both she and the manager said to come in at 5-when i got there at 5:15, i still waited until 6. i told her i had to be somewhere at 6:30, that i would just come back, but she insisted she had enough time. she attempted to correct it but it looked the same. then she says that she will have to completely start over and to come back again! when i call to schedule, they tell me i have to pay again and blame me for 'being in a hurry'. NO! their corporate offices issued me a gift card for the amount but i still wasted time and my hair still looked awful. i will NEVER step foot in there again.

Absolutely terrible!.
This has to be the worst place to have a hair cut in Atlanta! I have had my hair cut with 4 different people and each time the end result was the same -- an absolutely awful haircut. I have no idea why I went back so many times (other than having the convienince of just being able to walk in and have a cut). The scissors and combs don't look all that sanitary. The last time I went to this place, I ended up getting a cut on my forehead from the hair trimmer that they used! Also, don't even bother making an appointment with a stylist here because they rarely keep it!

Awful awful awful.
After a couple of decent but not brilliant haircuts at a pricey salon, I though, Why am I paying $40 for a $20 haircut? Well, the Hair Cuttery just reminded me why. I had a 6:00pm appointment, and sat there for an hour, six feet from the stylist my appointment was with, watching her styling and re-styling the same womans hair. After she finished that, she returned to a perm shed had sitting the whole time! Had someone mentioned to me that she was triple-booked, Id have requested another stylist or just left. But no one felt the need to say anything other than itll just be a minute the two times I asked what was going on. When I left, after receiving no apology, they actually had the gall to ask me if I wanted to reschedule. Un-freaking-believable.
