So disappointed. I was picking up for a very small wedding ( 2 bouquets, 7 corsages,11 boutonnieres) that was to be ready at 11am. I was there at 11:30 and was told the flowers were not ready. The man was however, not working on them but working on an arrangement for a walk-in client. He told me it would be 15 minutes, so another friend met me there so I could go on to the wedding to set up. They were not finished with the flowers until a quarter to one in the afternoon. He did not seemed concerned that he was late and continued to stop for walk-in's. At no point was there an apology or an attempt to make it right. Maybe the wedding was too small for them to care.
