The Earl

A fun venue for eating and boozing, especially for "Dunch." The back room hosts local and national live music acts regularly throughout the week

GREAT inviting bar with an independent edge. Nestled in trendy East Atlanta, The Earl has great live music and great bartenders. It is difficult to find edgy bars in this city that don't stab you with a pretentious "why are you here in OUR place?" feeling. It is welcoming while still maintaining its independent atmosphere. You can sit outside, inside at the front bar, or in the back room where you can find great new music and sip your drink. To be so individual and yet so inviting is what makes this bar so great. There is parking across the street and in some other places along the block so you can usually find a space for your car.

Best burger in town!. All the food here is amazing. It is not often that you can see great live music and get great food too. Love it.

The Best Burger Ever!. While visiting Atlanta, we were taken to The Earl for "the best burger in the world!" I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, but they exceeded my every expectation! I will definately go back to The Earl the next time I'm in Atlanta. Heck, might just drive over the next time a get a burger craving!

good place to see a show/hang out at the bar. The bar area has plenty of booth seating and long tables for larger groups. The bar itself probably seats at least 20 people and the bartenders are great. I've never had their food so I cant comment on that but this is definitely a good place to grab a beer and watch a show in back or just hang out in front. Maybe somebody got the message about the back area being too smokey because the last show i saw there was non smoking.

Cheap Beer, Good food, and Good Music. Above average bar food, cheap and higher end choices for drinks, lots of ladies and low crapola factor. All around good neighborhood rock bar.

Earl Rocks!. Great eclectic mix of music, food, and people. Unpretensious place to hang out and drink PBR tall boys. Free music for brunch on Sundays. Great local and national act shows!

good place to see music. i've only hung out in the bar area briefly but it seems ok. they've got a good juke box. been to a few shows and other then it getting pretty smokey in the back room where they have the shows (i'm a smoker), its a good place to see a live band.... never seems to be overly crowded.
