GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called City Wide Wrecker to tow away several vehicles that were illegally parked at my business. They were very prompt at servicing the removal of the vehicles. The personnel that answered the phone was very professional and treated me as a valued customer. I was onsite when the City Wide Wrecker driver removed the vehicles from my property. Everything was done with great care.

Thank you City Wide Wrecker for great customer service. We will use you again.

STAY AWAY - known to damage vehicles / unprofessional. I'd give them a ZERO if possible. These guys are shoddy, especially the GM - Arch Gary, and do not handle vehicles with any regard. Second incident I'm aware of involving first hand damage to a vehicle while towing it and then denying everything when the evidence clearly in front of them, yet they're not rational or objective about anything. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE OR BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR TOWING VEHICLES FROM YOUR PROPERTY / BUSINESS - you will regret it and have to pay out of pocket or get into a legal / claims mess.
