“The carpet was soiled, the bath linens had an unpleasant odor, the air conditioning did not work very well and the operator of the hotel apparently feels it is necessary to have a security guard armed with a hand gun in the parking deck at night.”
Great Hotel BUT...... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
Budget-minded travelers appreciate amenities like complimentary breakfast buffet and a kids-stay-free policy..

They will charge your card without authorization - avoid this hotel!!!. The carpet was soiled, the bath linens had an unpleasant odor, the air conditioning did not work very well and the operator of the hotel apparently feels it is necessary to have a security guard armed with a hand gun in the parking deck at night. To make matters much worse I checked in, held my room with a debit card and told the front desk I would pay cash in the morning. They said no problem. I checked out the next morning and was told my debit card had been processed for the amount of the room, tax and parking fee. I told them this was unacceptable because I told the front desk at check in that I wanted to pay cash for my stay. The front desk clerk said he would take cash for the room but the amount would still be on my debit card for 3 to 5 day, and I would not have access to the money during this time period. I let him know that I was not told my debit would be charged and there was no sign saying they charge debit cards ahead of time. He refused to let me speak to a manager and then started telling guests that were trying to check out what was going on and bad mouthed me to the departing guests. That pushed me over the edge and at that point he decided he could let me speak to a manager. The manager apologized for his clerk's failure to inform of the hotel's policy of charging debit cards without authorization and explained they have had this situation before. So I was S.O.L. and had to accept the fact my debit was charged. Do not stay at this hotel and if you decide you have to be sure you are aware of what they are doing with your credit or debit card because they will lie to you and charge your card without permission....and the front desk is very, very rude and unprofessional. This is more like a third rate Motel 6 than a Holiday Inn.
