WORST TEMP AGENCY

A word of advice, don?t waste your time with this inefficient agency. The staff members are unprofessional, and incompetent. Through out the interview, the recruiter ranted how she was impressed with my personality as well as my resume, and will definitely forward my information to her colleague since this today(same day of interview) would be her last day with the company. She gave me a set date to contact the agency to speak with another recruiter. When I called to follow up, about the next course of action, the receptionist transferred me to the same recruiter?s (the one who interviewed me) voicemail. And of course the voicemail was full , then ,I followed the automated prompt which gave me an option to reconnect to the operator. I spoke very eloquently to the receptionist about what had transpired. I stated, ?I am aware of the transition within your organization and yet I was transferred to an irretrievable voice mail?. Apparently, my comment caught the receptionist off guard, and she fumbled for words and made an excuse about a bad connection with the phone line. I repeated my self and I requested to speak with another recruiter. The receptionist had a rude, bilious and crabbed attitude. I thanked her and told her I was no longer interested in representing such an agency. I immediately terminated the conversation.

I?ve worked for a few agencies in Atlanta and this is by far the worst. I would not recommend this company. They lack follow through strategy and the employees need to be trained on the simple rudiments of conducting first class business.
