We got Audra as our attorney at Jean Padberg and associates for our immigration case. I’m impressed by how meticulously and promptly our case was handled. Unlike attorneys who sit on letters for days before notifying, she’d e-mail and notify us the very day she received any notice, detailing our next course of action. We received an RFE, she e-mailed the notice the same day, I managed to get the proof and dropped it in her mail box by night. Before noon next day she had reviewed and mailed the response! Things like that, plus their knowledge and experience really helped us in getting our case approved!

I recommend them to anyone in need of a RELIABLE immigration attorney!

Very good experience. Jean is very honest and excellent lawyer, who is always helpful answering my questions and providing the most up-to-date information. She always tried to meet the time frame we agreed upon. Even after obtaining my GC, she was happy to answer any legal questions I had. LEARN FROM MY REAL EXPERIENCE!. I recently received my green card from EB2- National Interest Waiver (NIW) trough Jean Padberg’s office. I shopped around for lawyers for a while focusing on very expensive New York and Texas law firms. You cannot imagine how insulting some of them are, regarding your intelligence. After waiting for numerous days for each of them to get back to me, their legal assistant sounded my case is vaguely fits the category and the only way to save my life is to jump into their contract or in the other hand some of them tried to convince me that there is no doubt about my perfect case and I need to send them the check and to wait for my green card in a week. Fortunately, friend of mine introduced me to Padberg’s office. Very friendly staff arranged me in person call with Jean padberg and on first step I got honest evaluation of my case and chance of approval. She mentioned my point of weakness and strength as it was with well-carved plan to fix the pit falls as much as possible. She offered me very much reasonable price to handle my case. We started by preparing the evidences, which she helped me in every step of it. I reached her on email in less than half an hour every single time. Atlanta's most competent immigrant attorney. Well, I was very anxious and nervous about the entire green card application process: not sure where to start from, and aware of several colleagues being denied such. Then a few friends who actually did get their green cards recommended Jean Padberg. And it was a match made in heaven: she is very competent, and sincere. She was upfront with my chances, spent good amount of time walking me through the process; but above all she was very efficient (really quick to turn things around). I am a person that calls and asks lots of questions, and she always picked up the phone and / or returned my emails immediately. I am extremely happy how professional, efficient and knowledgeable she is.

Very competent, fast and honest attorney. She did an employment-base green card for me. Unlike many attorneys she is not money-centered . Very competent and very honest. She really saved my case after it was screwed by another attorney's incompetence. Her fees are quite reasonable too.
