Atlanta >Salon Nede'
They asked me where I lived and then denied mer services!.
***First of all I never write negative reviews. This is my first one EVER.
If you want to support snobby elitist businesses, then by all means go to Salon Nede. There is no mistake here, I gave them a ONE out of five stars. Here's why:
1-Their website is under construction and there is no way to view their services or any information about the business other than through citysearch and yelp.
2-The woman on the phone seemed annoyed when I asked about services: ie. what they entailed and the price of each service. She also put me on hold and let out a sigh after my questions. She asked me how I found out about this salon and I answered "the internet". She responded with an "okay". She never mentioned anything about needing to be referred.
3-The real kicker was when I went to schedule an appointment. She asked me where I lived which I thought was strange. I answered and she said well you have to be referred by someone to come to this salon. Alright, well why didn't you tell me that when you asked me two minutes ago how I found out about Salon Nede?
It just doesn't make sense. I have never been denied salon services in my life. I understand completely if a business wants to be selective, but be upfront about it and have a functioning website that clearly states this policy.
Even if I could get referred I would not go here based on how I was treated. Salons are in the service industry and Salon Nede needs to realize that treating potential clients poorly will have big consequences. I will make sure I tell all my friends and family about this incident. So cheers to being elitist snobs, I am sure this behavior will come back to bite them in the tuckus.
